This map was leaked in the 2003 Half-Life 2 Leak as part of the VMF map pack. It's in both the root of the VMF map pack and /john/ai_testmaps however they are identical versions. It was created to test NPC navigation through hallways, hence the name.

Overview

AI_Hallwalk is a simplistic dev-textured map intended to test AI navigation. It does not function in the current versions of Half-Life 2, as no destination is set on the scripted_sequences used to make the npc_barneys move.
