bot_npc_decoy is an unused NPC in Team Fortress 2, intended for use by the Spy.
This entity is still in-game however attempting to spawn it will fail as the NPC deletes itself if it has no owner.
If the NPC has an owner, then it will set its model and team to reflect the owner's class or disguise. It will then run forward in a straight line for 5 seconds (or for the amount of time dictated by tf_decoy_lifetime) before disappearing.
