The HL1 MaxFile Leak or "Half-Life Animation Development Files Leak" is from the looks of it a earlier and way more stripped version of the HL:Source repo with 3D Studio Max project files preserved hence the name "MaxFile Leak".
Barney
A high-quality sculpt version of Barney can be found in Barney\Temp\BARNEY-X_Import1.max. It seems to be more based on his earlier "Ted Barney" look, though the head is clearly taken from Slick.
