The HL1 MaxFile Leak or "Half-Life Animation Development Files Leak" is from the looks of it a earlier and way more stripped version of the HL:Source repo with 3D Studio Max project files preserved hence the name "MaxFile Leak".

It seems to be more based on his earlier "Ted Barney" look, though the head is clearly taken from Slick.
