PDA expansions are a mechanic cut from Team Fortress 2.

PDA expansions were to be equippable items that would affect the Engineer's PDA, specifically the dispenser and teleporter. The only remnants of this mechanic are the base classes for the items, tf_pda_expansion_dispenser and tf_pda_expansion_teleporter

These are very basic wearable classes that do nothing but automatically destroy the player's dispenser or teleporters when equipped or unequipped.
