Interestingly enough, the RED team texture in the leak seem to have the same pants as his BLU team counterpart, an error that exists in Scout's HUD icon in the retail game, suggesting that the render used as the HUD icon was completed around this time, but not implemented until the retail build. Also interesting to note is that the beta HUD icon for Scout found in the files has the correct pants on both teams, and a paintover to give it extra detail.
