Overview
This map is corrupted and is missing a ton of data. There seems to be enough to recover a few small brushes and part of a displacement. Otherwise all we can do is try to guess what this was supposed to be.

Speculation
The date of the file puts it fairly close to the cave_canyon maps, so it may have been related.
Appearences

The remainder of the level with the missing textures corrected and the displacement replaced with the same brush from cave_canyon07.
Notably, the vertices of the cave_canyon07 brush do not all line up, causing the brush to be away from the side of the ground.
When corrected manually, a concave error occurs, meaning that the true original brush was an error.
