Map Notes
chess.vmf A map themed after the generic deserts of TF2. Perhaps it was meant to be used as the board for the TF2 Chess Set before it was changed?
dustbowl2.vmf More or less a straight port of TFC's Dustbowl with RED playermodels and buildings placed around the map for scaling purposes.
hunted.vmf A straight port of TFC's Hunted map for the scrapped gamemode associated with it.
hunted2.vmf An edited version of TFC's Hunted map, given a TF2-themed artpass. This version is more woodland in nature, akin to Lumberyard.
mini_boxart.vmf Used as a part of the TF2 Portable Mercs' box, used on the sides of it.
mini_boxartpopup.vmf Used as a part of the TF2 Portable Mercs' box, used on the pop-up part of it.
mini_boxart_crates.vmf Used as a part of the TF2 Portable Mercs' box, used as a basis for the crates that the figures actually come in.

tra_sol_bridge_of_death.vmf Part of the TF2 training mode, meant to get players accustomed to how to play Soldier. This was a wave-based mode where the player is tasked to stop RED bots from making it to a door behind you.
tra_sol_corridor.vmf Part of the TF2 training mode, meant to get players accustomed to how to play Soldier. This was a general tutorial that introduces you to Sentry Guns and Pyro's airblast.

tra_sol_exp_frenzy.vmf Part of the TF2 training mode, meant to get players accustomed to how to play Soldier. This was a bonus map where players could earn bonus points by shooting bots.

tra_sol_rocketjump.vmf Part of the TF2 training mode, meant to get players accustomed to how to play Soldier. This was a Rocket Jump tutorial, where the player would collect tokens in order to complete it.
tra_sol_targets.vmf Part of the TF2 training mode, meant to get players accustomed to how to play Soldier. This was a tutorial meant to get the player accustomed to movement in addition to the base loadout, where the player would locate and destroy wooden RED targets around a warehouse-styled map.
tra_sol_warehouse.vmf Part of the TF2 training mode, meant to get players accustomed to how to play Soldier. This was a tutorial meant to get the player accustomed to the base loadout, where you would swap between weapons to fire upon randomized, stationary targets. Map logic indicates that there was meant to be a Score counter, featured in all maps.
tut_spy.vmf A cut map for the Training mode, meant to get players accustomed to how to play Spy. This map doesn't really work, as the player cannot Backstab or Sap.
